Miss Chef® smoked tea apple and raisin crumble

Ingrédients
- 6 Miss Chef® apple
- 200 g raisins
- 10 g chinese smoked tea
- 10 g softened butter
- 20 g brown sugar
Crumble
- 100 g flour
- 100 g round almonds
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g softened butter
Préparation
Apples
- Soak the raisins in the hot tea for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut them into large dice shapes and caramelise in a frying pan with the butter and the sugar.
- Lay the apples and the raisins in a buttered pie dish.
The crumble
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, ground almonds, sugar and salt. Add the butter in small pieces.
- Incorporate with your fingertips until you obtain a sand like mixture.
- Sprinkle over the fruit and place in the oven on the middle shelf at 180 °C for 30 minutes
