Miss Chef® apple ‘match sticks’ with roquefort, rocket salad and pecan dressing

Ingrédients
- 4 Miss Chef® apples
- 1 lemon
- 120 g roquefort cheese
- 500 garugula
- 15 g pecan nuts (5 g for the dressing and 10 for the salad)
- 15 g of wine vinegar
- 60 g of hazelnut oil
- salt
- ground pepper

Préparation
- Wash the apples, peel them and then chop into matchsticks. Squeeze over lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Refrigerate.
- Cut the Roquefort into dice shapes. Refrigerate.
- Wash the arugula, rinse and remove stalks.
- Blend the pecan nuts with the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to obtain a smooth dressing.
Presentation:
- Spread evenly across plate and add dressing just before serving.
