Miss Chef® apple æblekage

Ingrédients
- 8 Miss Chef® apples
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod
- The juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Cane sugar
- 1 pot of quark or thick yoghurt
- 1 sachet of amaretto biscuits or muesli
Préparation
- Peel, core and dice the apples. Along with the cinnamon, lemon juice and a little cane sugar, add them to a heavy-bottomed pan. Then add the vanilla pod (sliced open) and the seeds (having removed them from the pod). Place the lid on the pan and cook down to a compote, adding a little water if (and when) necessary. When the apples are soft, remove the vanilla pod and mix to a fine consistency. Set aside to cool.
- Put the amaretto biscuits in a bag and bash into fine crumbs (though not a powder) using a rolling pin.
- Whip the yoghurt with some sugar to suit your taste.
Serve
- Serve in glasses by layering the compote, biscuit / muesli mix, and yoghurt. Decorate with a slice of raw apple and sliced vanilla pod.
Trucs et astuces
Add a fine layer of raw apple sweetened with a little sugar and coated in lemon juice. Lighten the yoghurt by mixing it with some whipped cream.
