The famous Miss Chef® tarte tatin

Ingrédients
- 8 Miss Chef® apples
- puff pastry, slightly bigger than the tin
- 300g caster sugar
- 10g butter
Préparation
- Cook the pastry for 30 minutes and set aside to cool.
- Make a caramel by adding the sugar to the pan in 4 parts. Then pour into the tin.
- Wash, peel and core the apples, then cut them in half. Place them in the tin sitting vertically and tightly packed
- Dice the butter and sprinkle over the apples evenly.
- Place in the oven on the middle shelf and leave for 45 minutes at 180°
- Remove from the tin and place on top of the puff pastry.
- Serve either hot or cold.
