CUAJADA with Miss Chef® Apples

Ingrédients
- 6 Miss Chef® Apples
- 1 plain yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 50 G melted butter
- 1 pot of sugar
- 2 pots of flour
- 4 pots of milk
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp rhum
- 1 tbsp butter
- Brown sugar
Préparation
- Peel and core the apples and cut them into four. In a non-stick pan, brown the apple quarters in the butter and brown sugar until golden. Set aside.
- Beat the plain yoghurt and the eggs together and then beat in the melted butter. Add the sugar, the sieved flour, the milk, the seeds from the vanilla pod and then the rum. Beat until smooth.
- Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease a springform cake tin with butter and lay the apple quarters attractively across the base. Cover with the mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for around 40 minutes. Leave to cool before removing from the tin.
